Nutritional supplements are very effective used to maintain daily health. I use a whole food multivitamin so I can feel good each day. All nutritional supplements have their own use that can help for whatever the body needs. For example, someone would take Milk Thistle in order to maintain liver health. Another example, someone would use the amino acid, L-Carnitine to decrease body fat. I would much prefer using nutritional supplements rather than pharmaceuticals because at least most nutritional supplements are in their most natural form. If a person was having trouble sleeping at night, I would suggest a supplement called L-Trytophan, which is an amino acid found in poultry such as turkey. I am very grateful that they exist because I realize that most people do not get eat proper servings of fruits and vegetables or perhaps sufficient iron. This is the easiest way possible in improving the care of your body.
